There is a clothes washer in the unit with the dryer located on the first floor of the condo building.

To the beach….

Walk out of the condo, take a right and walk straight to the main road.  Cross the main road and look for the Nibbana Restaurant.  There will be a stone path right before it that leads to the beach.

 

 

To the grocery store….

Walk out of the condo, take a left and look for the waterfall fountain on the right side of the road.  This complex has a full grocery store with everything from meats to breakfast foods.  It is across the street from the skate bowl. 

 

To the health center….

There is a health center located in this same complex, just a 100 yards from the condo!

 

To the banks….

If you continue past the grocery store and health center you will find yourself on the main road, Calle Guanacaste.  When you get to this main street take a right and there is the bank of Costa Rica in shopping plaza.  There are many banks on the main street and each offers about the same exchange rate.

 

Bath towels, blankets and sheets provided.  Maid service once a week is included and you may make arrangements for extra service.  Condo association amenities include: dryer, pool, night guard and daytime maintenance person.  Garbage dumpster on site.
